Netherwood Lodge is situated in the beautiful countryside in Claverdon just 5 miles north of Warwick. We have easy access to M42, M40, M1, M6. In the heart of eventing, we're on the door step of Solihull Riding Club and not far from Aston-le-Walls, Weston Lawns Equestrian, Swallowfield E.C. You will be able to take advantage of our great facilities and on site BHS Sc, Se, BE Accredited coach and French eventer if you would need your horse exercised or schooled.

Full livery
Full livery includes professional care and full use of the facilities 7 days a week.
Packages can be tailor made to suit horse and rider individuals needs to include full care, training and everything in between.

Competition livery
Pace Eventing offers competition livery to event from young horses to advanced horses.
Competition livery includes all the full livery in addition of the exercising and schooling.

Schooling livery
Our schooling livery offers various packages whether you need a little help with your horse or whether you need us to produce your horse.
We can also offer tuition as part of the livery for you to get back on track or whether you are pursuing a specific goal.
This livery includes 7 days, schooling and/or tuition.

Sales livery
Selling horses can be a difficult process to go through. Our aim is to found the best possible new owner for your horse and for you to receive the optimum price. We will use our professional knowledge, contact data base and tested methods of advertising.
Sales horses will feature on our website and Facebook page reaching out a very large audience.
We will take photographs, make videos, create adverts and answer all phone calls regarding your horse to take the stress out of the sale.
Your horse will be schooled in appropriate disciplines 5 times a week and will be demonstrated to potential clients when required. Should your horse need to gain more experience in the ring, shows will be attended. The first week will be an assessment week so we can put your horse through its pace to work out the best market and discipline to advertise him in.
The horses will also enjoy all of the services included in Full Livery.
£100 per week 10% commission will be taken by Pace Eventing For horses and Riders of the final sale price.
